Welcome to October.  I was walking to work the other day and noticing that the leaves have yet to begin to change yet.  I’m sure it is soon.  Of course, that won’t deter me from going apple picking this weekend.  I just have to find the nearest apple farm.  There must be ONE here in the sand somewhere, eh ?

Looks like yet another tradition is starting over here.  Yet another early wake-up call as the Sox now have center stage of the play-off show for now.  I feel like it has been months since I last had to get up for a play-off game.  What, 3 now since the Celtics destroyed the Lakers?  Funny how it’s another Left Coast team that has the alarm going early.  First pitch here was 0430.
